Ingredients: rice chicken ground coriander and prepared peas carrot onion garlic pepper oil salt
Preparation:
Damswe seasonwith saltand pepper,andbrown themin hot oil. Thenthereserve,in the same oilgildedonion,crushed garlic, thenadd theyellow pepper.
When yousmellchanged,addedculandroand spinach. Try thesalt and addthe carrot,bell pepper,corn kernelsandarverjitas. Next, addfour cupsof boiling waterand chicken;leta boilandadd the rice. We went downand letsimmeruntilready. Serveimmediately.
* One and a half kilo of maize jora * A kilo of barley * Ten liters of water * One teaspoon of cloves * Sugar to taste Preparation: Toast in a clean pan and grease barley and maize jora.
In a large pot, boil water, barley, maize jora and clove. Move constantly to thicken. When you have spent half the water, add another 5 liters of water, boiling for an hour and a half.
